I want this mentorship to be the most valuable learning possible. Groups max out at 15 students. I have 4 sessions full of valuable content and 2 sessions to be designed for the needs of the group.

Mentorship Details

Excel at what matters most and become a more confident RMT

  • Communication: build a practice where clients feel safe to give you the feedback you need to treat your best.

  • Nervous-system aware treatment: Learn trauma-informed skills to work with your clients' nervous system, not against it.

  • Assessment: beyond biomechanics. Learn to assess in a way that complements nervous system aware skills.

  • Referrals: be the therapist your clients need to send all their friends to.

  • Questions! You are going to have questions. I provide time in each session and options for more individualized attention.

  • Cost: 19$ per session (billed monthly.) As our groups are kept small, your committment to the full 6 month mentorship is required.

  • One session per month for 6 months. Book up to 6 individual sessions for a members-only price.

Hey! I'm Alanna. I’m a massage therapist, educator, and unapologetic nervous system nerd. I built a thriving trauma-informed massage practice in Cochrane full of wonderful, complex clients. My treatments focus on creative and relevant input into the nervous system for powerful results. I started Salience because our profession deserves education that’s evidence-based and human, clear enough to apply tomorrow, but flexible enough to honour the messy, complex reality of working with real people. Learning how to treat all your clients with care and safety doesn’t have to be overwhelming. I’m here to bring some clarity and simplicity to the process and leave you feeling confident.
